This is USA Sourced Cherry Wood. the cutting board side is blank and measure 18x12", with a juice groove. Use the engraved side for display or serving. This is a great conversation piece, and makes a beautiful charcuterie board. Do not put in the dishwasher, hand wash only. This cutting board has already been sealed with food-grade mineral oil. For continued use, seal every 3 months.
