Returns and Refunds

For any undamaged, unused product, simply return it with its included accessories and original packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

For damaged items, take a picture and notify Life At Home at info@lifeatyourhome.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Include your name, email address, phone number and detailed explanation of the issue. Item must be returned within 7 days following receipt of the item.

It is the buyers’ responsibility to pay return costs, including return postage, regardless of the reason the item is being returned. Furthermore, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the returned item is packed properly and protected during shipping. If the item is damaged while it’s being returned, the amount of the damage will be deducted from the buyer’s refund.
